Please stop and ask yourself… ‘have I found the priceless Pearl of all pearls and put everything else behind me as of secondary importance? Do I really treasure and hold Yeshua / Jesus Christ to myself as a Priceless Pearl, more important than all else?”
This means He must be above everyone and everything else in my life. Is He my Savior, my Life, my first love? Would I die for Him? Would I die without Him? Unless we have the inner attitude of being “willing” to give up all else and walk away and follow Yeshua then you and I cannot be His disciple. Disciples are pupils /ones who learn from a Master / Rabbi / Teacher. They look to their Teacher as their sole and trusted leader. They do not listen to other voices unless they know and speak of Him too. But they do not change their personal allegiance to their own Lord and master. They adhere to and in a sense belong to Him. They admire and tell others about their great Rabbi!
To those who love Yeshua… He is more than a Beloved Teacher. To those who have received His Holy Spirit to indwell them… and be One / Echad with them… they are in a holy, covenant relationship with Him… He is their Spiritual Husband. They are His Bride… the wife of the Lamb. “And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife” Rev. 21:9
So what / if anything is hindering us from our High calling to be part of the called out Bride of Messiah… those who “follow the Lamb wherever He goes” (Rev.14) Those pure virgins, firstfruits unto God, who have been called to come to Him… and whom He has anointed, set apart and chosen out from the rest as His choice one… “My dove, my undefiled is but one; she is the only one of her mother, she is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yea, the queens and the concubines, and they praised her” Song Solomon 6:9
Are we allowing the world or the flesh or the devil a higher place in our hearts, minds, homes? Are we so caught up in what others are doing or not doing, or concerned about the problems and ungodliness in the world… that we are loosing our Joy and Hope in the Lord Himself. If so repent and cast those enemies of our souls out. These can all subtly distract the Bride from having eyes only for her Heavenly Bridegroom.
KEEP SEEKING THE PEARL OF GREAT PRICE AND DO NOT FALL AWAY INTO SPIRITUAL APATHY…“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls, Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it” Mathew 13:45-46
Be aware what the spiritual enemies of King Yeshua are devising against you as part of His Bridal army and say, ‘get behind me satan! I overcome you by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony. I LOVE YESHUA. I FOLLOW HIM. I BELONG TO HIM. I HAVE BEEN BOUGHT WITH A GREAT PRICE. I WILL BE FAITHFUL TO HIM UNTIL DEATH. “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.“ Rev. 12:11
If we really love and worship God as our Heavenly Father, we can go through the trials and wilderness experiences of this worldly wilderness and come forth in wisdom and maturity. If we find the “Pearl of Great Price” as in Yeshua’s parable and give up everything for it, we will have it. That is our reward… Eternal Life through Him… the Savior and Messiah. It is not given to everyone on a platter… we have to run the race and win… not by fear and works of the law which ends in failure and death but by love and works of faith and righteousness which will be rewarded with Eternal Life! We have to struggle, suffer and persevere against the world, the flesh and the devil, to enter the Kingdom of God! It is not for the lazy and “foolish” ones.
The path to destruction is wide and many go therein but the way to life is narrow and few there be that find it. Many start off well but fall away… distracted by the love of the world, seducing spirits and doctrines of men and demons… but “Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.“ Mathew 7:6-8
Again I say… are we even getting bogged down by “looking” for or at the enemies work? It concerns me greatly what is happening in many churches and to many Christians because of the rampant false teachers deceiving and leading many astray with their “mind games” and becoming worse and worse.
However we have been warned in our scriptures that deceivers WILL come in as wolves among the flock, to use, abuse and scatter them and that there would be a last days apostasy akin to the Laodician church in Rev 3, which would focus on wealth and acquiring goods. In God’s eyes they and those who follow and value their foolish, selfish teachings as their pearls of wisdom…. are spiritually foolish, naked and blind. (Rev. 2 and 3) Spiritual Wisdom cannot be bought or sold yet endless “merchandise” is what these false ministers of Christ deal in. They treat gullible Christians as consumers of their products, weekend seminars, books, videos and Cds.$$$$$$$ Wake up! They will take up all your precious time and attention. You may get caught up in the emotional excitement and carnal religious greed of it all. Pray and read your Bible which you already have. The Holy Spirit is our Teacher and Guide into all Truth.
Some say… these talkative, popular ones and all their promises of glitter, success and glamorous prosperity have been allowed by God to come in and grow in popularity as a TEST to us all. “Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch“. Mathew 15:14. God is actually turning them over to their chosen deceptions! It is serving to cause a separation between the sheep and goats, chaff and wheat, light and dark, good and evil, true and false brethren. We cannot judge anyone’s ultimate salvation but we are to mark out those who cause division in the true believers and stay away from them. Most of these false believers promote themselves on TV using the very money that Christians are lavishing on them which creates more $$$MONEY and so on. It is just amazing how self made, self aggrandizing con men and women can use these methods to “deceive, if it were possible, even the very elect”. “They” appear to be one of “us”… the anointed ones…Yeshua’s disciples and Beloved Bride… but take great care and do not trust your soul to anyone! Also take care where you give your offerings unto the Lord. Make sure it really goes towards His work or a hungry soul, not someone’s mansion or jet plane.
The fruit is still coming forth as to where all this apostasy is going. Yes, the Ecumenical and Emerging church movements are moving towards the LAST DAYS Harlot church of all faiths and religions filled with all kinds of “seducing spirits and doctrines of demons”. Kenneth Copeland and the Catholic Church have already made their plans to join together. Billy Graham became doubtful about Jesus as the only way of salvation and thought the Pope was the greatest man on earth. Mhhhh who was his “pearl of great price” then? How he had fallen away from the faith. It happens gradually so be sharp, and AWARE of what is going on but don’t let it DISTRACT you.
Those who are in the Bride… who are betrothed/ married / One/ echad and sanctified in the Holy Spirit to Yeshua / Jesus… need not fear being led astray for they have been TESTED and overcome Satan and have come out of those false things.
Yes we / I have to warn others but we must move on into OUR New Life. Yeshua said to put the shoulder to the wheel and “don’t look back!” The old life and ways can be comfortable and familiar… they WERE a part of our lives but now after accepting the Bridal Cup… we must keep free of emotional attachment to that and press forward in Faith and Hope to what the Father has prepared for us. We must keep our eyes on the goal and not get side tracked.
The Bride is to be consciously expecting and waiting for the Heavenly Bridegroom’s return to take us to the Father’s House and the place He has prepared. Maybe trials and persecution lay ahead before that happens but Yeshua will never leave us and He will give us grace to be His witnesses. Just feel confident that He has promised there are mighty things to come which we do not even know of yet! So be encouraged today to rise up and attend to the flame in your own lamp / heart. Make sure it is not growing dim by looking at all the deception and temptations of the enemy which have taken hold of so many others. YES! feel victorious and blessed right now for if Lord Yeshua / Jesus, the Son of God is your first love and you have chosen to faithfully follow Him alone above all other voices… then you are very blessed!
Even if these multitudes who are following Satan’s servants in disguise continue to follow the broad way to destruction… then that is their choice. What are you choosing, is the point. If you choose the Son of God then you have found the Pearl of Great Price. Treasure Him highly and never let Him go… then He will choose you. “Many are called but few are chosen”. That is because many get distracted and deluded and lose sight of the Beloved. They forget Him and their lamps of Love grow dim or even go out. It is so sad but we must be ready and listen for the Bridegroom’s Voice even if they are slumbering and losing their direction by following lost sheep or false shepherds. “But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.“ Mathew 6:20-21
