PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT~ Prayer WITH your own spirit “heart”~ Secret Mysteries in the Holy Spirit 1 Cor.14

PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT… means praying WITH your own “born again” spirit… your NEW SPIRITUAL “heart”. It’s part of the New Covenant. It was given on the Day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was poured out on the believers, Yeshua’s apostles and disciples.

“For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries”

Focus on your heart desires and stop the mind games. Be humble and teachable of spirit… repent of your sins even if you don’t think you have sinned… Do what our Lord and Master Yeshua said…

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly” Math. 6:6

PRAYING or SINGING with uplifted hands and eyes closed…kneel down, bow your head… or lay on your face with a veil or covering over your head… set your heart on Him and it all runs into praying with words you don’t know or understand. Let your spirit pray! You don’t have to understand it. That’s the point. The Holy Spirit will help you…

I praise you Lord, Yeshua Ha Mashiach, HalleluYah, Glory to God, praise you Lord, thank you Jesus, HalleluYah, I love you Lord, Yeshua Ha Mashiach… Abba, my Father,  our God Elohanue, I love you Lord,  Thy will be done, show me your Glory… I set my heart on you Lord, pour out your Holy Spirit on me, I thirst for you Lord… HallaluYah, HalleluYah… etc.

Start speaking or singing to the Mystery of the Godhead with all your heart, thinking ONLY of Him NOT yourself or anything else. Take your time. Sometimes I clap and move around, or hum or sway. Just surrender yourself as a “living sacrifice” and let it happen. I may speak loudly of as a whisper but out of the abundance of the heart your mouth will speak. Luke 6:45. Could you be unconsciously cursing God? Not if you love Him IN your heart! Jesus said the heart cannot bring forth both good and evil.

“Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.” 1 Cor. 12:3

“Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord” Eph. 5:19

Then comes interpretation of what the Holy Spirit is teaching your spirit… expect nothing but ALSO be perceptive to any inner unction/ upliftment or quickening… seek to obey and please Him… and flow in obedience with whatever comes… visions, prophecies… maybe weeping in the spirit, a new song, a bold declaration of faith, an understanding of scripture, a quickening to pray for someone, an idea, a leading, a confirmation, a breakthrough, a deliverance, a joy, a dance, an anointing, a healing, an inspired writing or poem etc. etc. This is Spiritual Worship, the Spirit and the Bride of Messiah working together to EXPRESS and GLORIFY the Heavenly Father of Lights. This is the Way I have found to access answers, new melodies, songs and prophetic words. I hear them in my spirit. By FAITH I focus on them and they come forth like Living Words. It is all by faith.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. “Out of the heart the mouth speaketh” Heb. 11:6

“Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;” Rom.12:6

For some Christians this Spiritual dimension of prayer and being able to access the PROPHETIC REALM may as well not exist. They either don’t know about it or don’t bother using it. It may be embarrassing or even frightening. The answer is that… you need to get some teaching on it. From the Holy Spirit who is your teacher… (have you asked the Father to fill / baptize you with the Holy Spirit?) and also from other believers who practice speaking in the spirit, with other tongues. There is your own prayer “language” which you “speak to God and yourself” and builds you up “on your most holy faith” and also a “Gift of Tongues” if the Holy Spirit moves on you to speak out in public. Yes, it is all a mystery!
Now if you go to a church… that doesn’t believe in or ALLOW singing in tongues to worship God with your spirit as well as your understanding / mind… or speaking out and interpreting so that the Body of Christ may be comforted, instructed and EDIFIED with a Message or Revelation directly from the Lord of the Churches… then wouldn’t you say something is wrong with their idea of a church ‘service’. Have they got everything but the Holy Spirit’s Presence, Anointing and Blessing?

If they say “we don’t do that any more”… or “that which is perfect has now come and we don’t need any of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit”… say well Paul said “I wish you would all speak in tongues… and… I speak in tongues more than you all”… and “that which is perfect” has NOT yet come. We are still waiting! (meaning the return of Yeshua NOT the end or “canonization” of the New Testament)

In my opinion the New Testament work is still ongoing… and REVELATION by the indwelling Holy Spirit is still ongoing in and through those who ARE taught by Him and DO speak SECRET MYSTERIES DIRECTLY TO FATHER GOD in their spirits. After all the Holy Spirit was sent to anoint, and lead us into all Truth and show us things to come… repeat that’s TO REMIND US OF WHAT YESHUA TAUGHT AND SHOW US THINGS TO COME.

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come” John 16:13

If anyone want to mock this important subject then they had better read the following scriptures first, then “pray with their minds” and talk to God about it.

1 Corinthians 14 King James Version (KJV)

14 Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy.

2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

3 But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.

4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

5 I would that ye all spake with tongues but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.

6 Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?

7 And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?

8 For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?

9 So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air.

10 There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification.

11 Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me.

12 Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church.

13 Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret.

14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.

15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

16 Else when thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall he that occupieth the room of the unlearned say Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understandeth not what thou sayest?

17 For thou verily givest thanks well, but the other is not edified.

18 I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:

19 Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.

20 Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.

21 In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.

22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.

23 If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?

24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all:

25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.

26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.

27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.

28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.

29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.

30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.

31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.

33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
