I went to bed last night and started to pray for the Bride, even though I was so tired and wanted to just sleep… then had to arise for my Beloved and write this down… may it encourage you to?
Speak to your bride Lord… anoint her with oil… make her beautiful Lord,
Cleanse your bride Lord…make her perfect… perfect in your Love… Amein!
Then I started singing one of the prophetic songs he’s given me…
“Gold is for the Bride of Messiah…
And she shall be brought forth in gold…
And she shall be brought forth…
in gold… from Ophir”
It’s from Psalm 45:6-15 and speaks of the Royal King Messiah and His beautiful Queen Bride and her attendants…
(Photo is of a Yemenite bride with her gold ornaments)
“Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the scepter of thy kingdom is a right scepter.
Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.
Kings’ daughters were among thy honorable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir.
Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father’s house;
So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.
And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall entreat thy favor.
The king’s daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold.
She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.
With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king’s palace.”
THEN HIS RUAH HOLY SPIRIT said to my heart…
I will bring you through all your trials and temptations – I will make you radiant in white garments – the Righteousness of saints –
Have no fear – trust me in this – for where you see failure – I see your perseverance and faith in me.
ISN’T THE LORD GOOD AND LONG SUFFERING WITH US? HIS HOLY SPIRIT is doing the inward, transforming work of SANCTIFICATION & HOLINESS… preparing the Body of Christ…for the return of our Heavenly Bridegroom… working / embroidering the beautiful likeness of Yeshua /Jesus inside us… as priceless as PURE GOLD… changing our hard hearts and creating new and Holy Ones in His own Divine Image and Likeness!!! He councelled the churches in Rev. 2 and 3 to ask of Him “Gold tried in the fire”.
NOTE in Psalm 45, verse 8, that this Royal King is anointed with Myrrh and Aloes. His clothing smells of them. WOW.
NOTE also that Queen Esther (in the book of Esther) was patiently prepared with 6 months each of precious Myrrh and sweet Aloes (perfumed oils) as her beauty treatments to go before her King /husband. They symbolize the bitter & pleasant experiences of life we go through in life that purifies and beautifies us. Myrrh is bitter but healing and speaks of the struggle and death of the old fearful self to be saved, healed and restored to the Father’s will and the sweet Aloes speak of the sweet result… a satisfied and peaceful heart in which the Fruit of the Holy Spirit grows forth. (Gal.5) Christ was called a “sweet aroma”… and so too we are to be as a sweet aroma of Christ in this world… leaving His Anointing… His pleasant frangrance around others.
The Holy Spirit is also now preparing the Bride of Messiah with Spiritual Anointing Oil…to make her “face to shine” and so that her lamp of Love & Wisdom will be kept burning brightly.
In this we are also like the 5 Wise Virgins in the Lord’s parable in Mathew 25
So don’t look back but press forward to the prophecies that are yet to be fulfilled… for like Esther we are here for such a time as this! Praise the LORD…and never, never give up. No matter what we go through during this personal preparation time with the Myrrh and Aloes of human life… the fire of spiritual purification and the pressure to produce flawless, beautiful diamonds. Yeshua is our Good Shepherd, protecting and restoring our soul into His likeness… so we need to keep close to Him for whatever we go through in this world… it will be worth it when we see His Lovely Face.
So the Queen in Psalm 45, Queen Esther, the 5 Wise Virgins and several others in holy scritures like David and the Shulamite woman in Song of Solomon are types of the Bride of Messiah… ones who sought their TRUE beloved and grew into maturity under the strict and careful tutelage of the Holy Spirit of the LORD.
Blessings from Psalmist Susan… (Aust)
